It is measured from the crotch to the top of the pants - both front and back. Just email us the waist and length you need, the pants you are inquiring about and we will be happy to measure them for you and email you the information. Question: What is the difference between tall sizes and big sizes? Answer: The tall sizes are usually two to three inches longer in the body and sleeve than the big sizes.
